About this Event

For our Sunday matinee feature we got you to vote on which one of six films you wanted to see! The winner? Tim Burton's classic Oscar-winning Beetlejuice!

Michael Keaton's favourite film of his own performances, Beetlejuice has forged a lasting legacy in the horror comedy genre and cemented its place as an all-time favourite Halloween frightfest! The spirits of a deceased couple are harassed by an unbearable family that has moved into their home, and hire the malicious spirit of Betelgeuse to drive them out. But he has bigger plans... Say it once, say it twice, but we dare you to say it three times!

The Broadway Halloween Film Festival is the first of many special themed events to compliment our regular Roadshow programme! Our temporary home at Prestwick Academy is bringing the latest cinema releases, all-time classics, and the true magic of film back to South Ayrshire! All proceeds…
