The only Scottish cinema to host a cinema organ is now the only Scottish cinema to host two. We're absolutely delighted to announce the arrival of a Compton cinema organ, loaned to the Broadway by a private collector, and we're equally delighted to announce it plays! Originally a Compton Melotone, the organ has been digitally remastered to play without the pipes.

Following yesterday’s announcement of our Young Start funding award, we are thrilled to share that we are expanding the Broadway Youth Film Society project to additional schools in Ayrshire. Now open to all pupils of Ayr Academy with an interest in film and media, the Broadway will now bring the same exciting opportunities to the young people of Ayr as well as Prestwick, with further expansion on the horizon.

We are delighted to announce the funding, awarded for our ongoing engagement with young people, including the appointment of a full-time Young Start Co-ordinator, and the expansion of the Broadway Youth Film Society.
