First in 50 Years: Film is Back at the Broadway!
After half a century of waiting, feature film returned to the Broadway on Saturday 18th July, with two member-exclusive screenings of The Smallest Show on Earth!
A wonderful occasion that will live long in the memory of all who attended, the Broadway was looking the best she has in decades, as our members got to experience a major milestone in our project's journey.

Kyle Attends World Premiere of The Odyssey in London
We are thrilled to announce that Kyle represented the Broadway at the biggest film event of the year, the World Premiere of Christopher Nolan's latest film, The Odyssey, at ODEON Luxe Leicester Square in London.
Kyle's attendance was included in his participation of the 35mm/70mm/IMAX projection course at the British Film Institute (BFI), delivered by Universal Studios.

The New Carrick Cinema, Maybole (Scottish Cinema Spotlight: Bugle Issue 26)

Compton Cinema Organ Arrival Announcement
The only Scottish cinema to host a cinema organ is now the only Scottish cinema to host two.
We're absolutely delighted to announce the arrival of a Compton cinema organ, loaned to the Broadway by a private collector, and we're equally delighted to announce it plays!
Originally a Compton Melotone, the organ has been digitally remastered to play without the pipes.

Broadway Youth Film Society Expansion to Ayr Academy
Following yesterday’s announcement of our Young Start funding award, we are thrilled to share that we are expanding the Broadway Youth Film Society project to additional schools in Ayrshire.
Now open to all pupils of Ayr Academy with an interest in film and media, the Broadway will now bring the same exciting opportunities to the young people of Ayr as well as Prestwick, with further expansion on the horizon.
